1. What cookies are
Cookies are small data files a website may store on your device. They can help the site work, remember your preferences or analyse visits.
Other technologies, such as browser local storage, can work similarly. For simplicity, we refer to them together as cookies in this policy.
2. Essential cookies
Essential cookies support the correct and secure operation of the website. They may serve, for example, to:
- secure website forms,
- make individual parts of the website work,
- remember your cookie choice,
- protect the website against misuse.
These cookies are necessary to provide the website and do not require your consent.
We retain your cookie choice for no longer than 12 months so we do not have to ask on every visit.
3. Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, such as the pages they visit, where they arrive from and how they move around the site.
We use this information to evaluate traffic and improve the website.
We activate analytics cookies only with your prior consent. If you reject them or make no choice, the analytics service must not be activated.
Google Analytics 4
With prior consent, we use Google Analytics 4 on the public website to evaluate visits and interactions statistically. The provider is Google (Google Ireland Limited for the EEA). Pseudonymous identifiers, visited pages and browser/device information may be sent to Google; processing outside the EEA, including the USA, is possible.
The analytics cookies _ga and _ga_5G4GX8EENG are stored on our domain. _ga distinguishes visitors; _ga_5G4GX8EENG stores session state. Their default duration is two years, which may renew on further visits or be shortened by the browser. Cookie duration is not Google's data-retention period; that depends on Analytics account settings.
The Google tag is not loaded without explicit consent. Consent to the previous analytics version is not sufficient for Google Analytics 4; we ask once again. An earlier rejection remains valid. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. After withdrawal, measurement does not start on subsequent page loads; data already sent is not automatically deleted.

GA4 notice added on 1 October 2026.
4. Inventory of cookies used
The current inventory of cookies and similar technologies lists:
- the cookie or technology name,
- its provider,
- its purpose,
- its retention period,
- whether it is essential or analytical.
You can view this inventory in Cookie settings.
5. Changing your choice
On your first visit, you can accept or reject analytics cookies.
Consent is optional. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect normal use of the website.
You can change your decision at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer. If you previously accepted analytics cookies, you can withdraw consent there too.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
6. Browser settings
You can also delete or restrict cookies directly in your browser settings.
If you delete the cookie storing your previous choice, the cookie banner may appear again on your next visit.
Blocking essential cookies entirely may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.
7. Personal data
Where cookies involve the processing of personal data, we follow data-protection rules.
Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail how we process personal data, to whom we may disclose it and your rights.
