How does import to order work?
You tell us what you want. We find and inspect a suitable car on the ground in Germany — history by VIN, condition, photos and video. We send you the report and you decide. Then we import it, handle the inspection, VAT and registration, and hand it over ready to drive.
How much does import to order cost?
After your enquiry we prepare an itemised offer covering the car, transport, inspections, taxes, registration and our service. Fixed and actual-cost items are clearly marked.
What if the car fails the inspection?
We do not order the car without your approval. The process and any costs already incurred if an inspection is unsuccessful are agreed in the offer before checks begin.
What about VAT and registration?
For VAT-deductible cars we show gross and net price. The contracting party, tax regime and scope of registration services are stated in the specific offer before the order.
How long does the import take?
Timing depends on the vehicle search, inspection, transport and authorities. Once a specific car is selected, you receive a realistic schedule and progress updates.
Can I return the car?
Cancellation rights depend on the contract type, how it is concluded and the specific service. We explain the terms before signing and include them directly in the contract.
