2. Data we process

Inquiry/contact form data: name, email, phone, optionally company, VAT ID, message and the car of interest.

Import-to-order: make/model, budget, preferred country of origin.

Technical data: IP address and logs to the extent needed for security and operation.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Handling your inquiry and pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Legal obligations (c); legitimate interest in security/fraud prevention (f); marketing/optional cookies only with consent (a).

4. Retention

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle it and per legitimate interests/legal periods (typically up to 3 years).

5. Recipients / processors

Hosting & storage provider, email provider, and an AI document-extraction service (OpenAI) that processes uploaded vehicle documents (not used for training). Data-processing agreements are in place.

6. International transfers

Some processing may occur outside the EEA, safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
