Pre-purchase vehicle inspection
We inspect used cars before purchase in Czechia and abroad: condition, history, paintwork, diagnostics and available documents.
Found a car you want to buy but do not want to rely solely on the advert and the seller's information? We inspect the vehicle before purchase and explain its actual condition, any faults found and matters worth resolving before you buy. We can inspect vehicles at dealerships, used-car traders, private sellers or, by agreement, abroad.
What we inspect
We adapt the scope to the specific vehicle and available options. An inspection may include:
- checking the VIN and vehicle details,
- available history and service records,
- bodywork inspection and paint-depth measurements,
- signs of previous repairs or damage,
- tyres and brakes,
- basic checks of the engine and other mechanical parts,
- vehicle diagnostics,
- equipment functionality,
- a road test,
- checking available mileage information.
We tell you in advance exactly what can be checked on the particular car and to what extent.

How the inspection works

A link to the advert is enough, ideally with the VIN and the seller's contact details or address.

We define the checks based on the car, its location and your requirements.

We inspect the car
We examine it physically, perform diagnostics and a road test where possible, and review the available documents.

You receive the results
We summarise the condition, faults and possible risks you should know about before buying.
What the inspection tells you
Our aim is not to decide for you whether to buy the car. We provide as much specific information as possible so you know its actual condition and whether that matches the price and the seller's description. If we find a problem, we say so openly. We also highlight anything that cannot be reliably verified during a standard inspection.
We inspect cars abroad too
Depending on the location and availability, we can also arrange inspections of cars offered in Germany or Austria, for example.
If you subsequently decide to buy, we can also arrange transport to Czechia and registration.
