CSR and Code of Ethics

1. Our principle

We aim to offer vehicles and services transparently, truthfully and fairly. This Code sets the standard against which we assess our decisions, communications and partnerships.

2. Honest vehicle sales

We do not knowingly conceal material facts known to us. Available information about origin, service history, mileage and condition is presented clearly, and known defects are discussed specifically before contract conclusion.

We explain prices and optional services clearly. Customers may inspect a vehicle, review available documents and, by arrangement, involve their own independent expert.

3. Fair treatment

We communicate respectfully, do not pressure anyone into a decision and do not make finance, insurance or extended cover a condition unless clearly and lawfully agreed.

We reject discrimination, misleading advertising, bribery and unmanaged conflicts of interest. Personal benefits must not influence business decisions.

4. Environment and responsibility

We document vehicle provenance and condition and favour repair and continued safe use where technically and economically reasonable.

We handle tyres, traction and starter batteries, operating fluids and other waste under applicable rules and work with authorised take-back, collection and service partners. We make environmental claims only when they can be substantiated.

5. Data, partners and speaking up

We protect personal and vehicle data and disclose it only for a defined purpose and on an appropriate legal basis. We expect lawful and fair conduct from our partners.

Concerns about conduct, advertising, vehicle condition or a possible breach may be reported confidentially to info@jirkovagaraz.cz. We assess reports objectively and prohibit retaliation against anyone acting in good faith.

6. Application

The Code applies to management, staff and anyone acting on our behalf. Breaches are reviewed and may lead to remediation, training, process changes or termination of cooperation.

We review these principles as our business or legal requirements change. The Code does not replace mandatory legal or contractual duties.
